Add-on New Conversation Limit 1.3

Limits the number of new conversations a member can create in a given amount of time.

    Description:

    Limits the number of new conversations a member can create in a given amount of time.

    This is useful to prevent a spammer creating thousands of conversations on your forum in a short time.

    Features:
    • Removes Start a New Conversation button if maximum is reached.
    • Prevents direct URL access to create conversations if maximum is reached.
    • Admin, moderators and staff are excluded.
    Installation:
    1. Download newconversationlimit_v1.2.zip and unzip it.
    2. Upload the Andy folder to your server. The correct location is library/Andy.
    3. From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page.
    4. Upload the addon-NewConversationLimit_v1.2.xml file.
    5. Click the Install Add-on button.
